The basic theoretical provisions of the approach to managing the processes of self-organization and self-development of integrated business structures, which constitute the enterprises of knowledge-intensive sectors of the economy, are disclosed. The methodological basis for managing the self-organization of an integrated business structure has been defined and the dialectical explanation of self-organization processes is given. The structural and functional features, attributes of operational stability, motivational bases of interaction of business units in the conditions of development are considered.
