The authors consider from the position of philosophy the practical realization of the ideas of Enlightenment era in the realities of modern society, analyze the ideas of natural and positive law. The main trajectories of realization of mental constructs that determine intersubjective interactions in modern social coordinates are considered. The content of the Enlightenment ideas subordinated to the permanent development and cultivation of free intelligence has been clarified. The explication of the progress idea in historical development was shown. The peculiarities of the progress principles in modern society that limit the realization of Enlightenment constructs are determined.
