Abstract:
The dominant profiles of corporate culture in a budget medical institution of health care are considered. The analysis of corporate culture in Vologda City Hospital No. 1 was carried out using the Organizational Culture Analyze Instrument by K. Cameron and R. Quinn. The classification of culture categories by types of corporate culture is given. The dominance of hierarchical, or bureaucratic, type of corporate culture has been revealed in a medical institution, although clan culture is preferred by its employees.
