Abstract:
As a result of a comparative analysis of concepts of spontaneous strategy by G. Mintzberg, key competencies by G. Hamel and K. K. Prahalad and knowledge transformation by I. Nonaka and H. Takeuchi, the authors have substantiated the necessity of forming an integrated strategic management concept that considers organizational culture, intellectual capital and key competencies of individual employees of the organization as a whole.
