The article complements and improves the methodological support of integrated business structures management in scientific and production complexes based on the system synergetic approach. The content of concepts of self-organization and self-development of business structures is revealed. As a result of abstracting the conceptual context of self-organization management of business structures, the management features have been classified. Their consideration will improve the efficiency of building management systems, development strategies, planning the implementation of large projects.
