Abstract:
As you know, the mission of higher education is to prepare the intellectual elite of the society, could lead the country to the global scientific, technical and economic level. According to the ideologues of the reform of higher education in Russia, the introduction of the federal standard of education should execute it. And "mountain" (the bureaucracy of education) gave birth to a "mouse" (Standard of Higher Education), which, as the four-year practice of its development, gnaws in "Rocket Science" big hole. The author, as the direct executor of the requirements of the Standard of Higher Education to create new electronic teaching materials, unfortunately, came to a disappointing conclusion, both in form and content of the standard. Patience, insecurity and the belief in the invincibility of the bureaucracy of the education of our teachers have played a cruel joke with them: they were hostages of their own patience and diligence.
