The author reveals the impact of digital transformation on changes in business processes of organizations. A review of scientific works was carried out to identify areas requiring more in-depth scientific research. The content and structure of business processes are revealed and their classification is presented. The concept of digital transformation of business processes is given. Digital transformation tools are considered. The reasons determining the need and the importance of digitalization of business processes have been formulated. The stages of digitalization of business processes are presented. Risks of digital transformation have been identified.
