THE PROBLEM OF THE IDEAL AND SOCIAL SOLIPSISM: TOWARDS A DIALOGUE BETWEEN E. V. ILYENKOV AND M. A. LIFSHITZ (PART 1)
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The first part of the article written on the occasion of the centenary of the birth of E. V. Ilyenkov is a reflection on the perception of this Soviet philosopher’s texts by the thinking public in the context of the problem of the timelessness of the ideological heritage. The relevance of dealing with the unfinished dialogue between Ilyenkov and M. A. Lifshitz, which is developed in the works of their followers, is substantiated. The problematic nature of this development is analyzed in connection with the contradictions of the process of truth itself, which has an essential relationship with the process of reception of theoretical texts. The problematic character of this process leads to the deformation of Ilyenkov’s position even among theorists who consider themselves his associates, not to mention his critics. It has been demonstrated that the problem of the true concept takes the form of the problem of intersubjectivity.
