Abstract:
The discipline’s syllabus structure, containing eight components, has been proposed. The components’ contents, individual training subjects and discussion topics for training workshops consider the specificity of learning profiles of Electronics and Nanoelectronics direction. The training results control forms and learning outcomes assessment are designated in conformity with principal aim of the programme: research work skills development.
