The author attempts to evaluate the extent of the spread of youth labor deviation through speci c statistical indicators and to consider these trends in the regional aspect. The theoretical and statistical substantiation of the importance of this issue as a problem in the formation of a balanced labor market and its strategic stability is given. Using the example of individual groups of countries, more detailed evaluations of the factor formation of behavioral deviation of young people are presented in comparison with individual economic indicators of the development of the economy and labor market of the countries under consideration. Correlation and regression estimates of the indicators selected for analysis are given in order to more accurately determine the signi cance of the problem of youth labor deviation in regional labor markets. It has been concluded that the labor deviation of young people is not only and not so much caused by economic factors, hence the problem of determining it is more acute than it was supposed to be and all the more important for further study.
