Abstract:
The authors have developed a competency pro le for a marketing vacancies demanded by employers in the labor market. The material for analyzing the employers’ demands consists of the vacancies of marketers, posted on the HeadHunter site for nding jobs and employees. The authors reviewed 250 employer job openings for marketing assistant, marketing specialist and marketing director positions. The results of the survey demonstrate the requirements employers have for job seekers’ education, quali cations and work experience.
