Abstract:
The results of analysis of possible investments in staff development and their intellectual potential are given, generalized in a form of a consolidated investments classification. An algorithm of investments in staff development’s variant’s evaluation and selection procedure is exposed. The calculation formulas of efficiency evaluation’s main indexes are given.
