The article is devoted to the problem of bridging the gap between the creation of innovations and the large-scale output of innovative products, the problem of company readiness to successfully implement the stages of innovation engineering and business process re-engineering. Since development stages have a high level of business process uncertainty and economic disequilibrium, to ensure the financial stability of companies the author proposes factor analysis of critical indicators of company’s economic condition and creates a model to calculate the assets cost-effectiveness, with account for the mutual influence of business process economic development factors. The possibilities of multi-agent management of company development have been substantiated through the use of simulation results based on the digital twin of the business planning system.
