В статье анализируются вопросы применения традиционных эпистемологических моделей исследования, расследования и доказывания в процессе интеграции инфокоммуникативных технологий в правоприменительные практики, меняющиеся в ходе цифровой трансформации общества и государства. Отдельно рассматриваются такие логические формы и образцы логического вывода, как дедукция, индукция, абдукция и аналогия, а также каноны герменевтики применительно к новым возможностям машинного обучения.
This article analyzes the application of traditional epistemological models of research, investigation, and proof in the process of integrating information and communication technologies into law enforcement practices, which are changing as a result of the digital transformation of society and the state. It also examines logical forms and patterns of logical inference such as deduction, induction, abduction, and analogy, as well as the canons of hermeneutics as they apply to the new capabilities of machine learning
