Рассматриваются преимущества и риски использования искусственного интеллекта (ИИ) в правовой сфере. Подчеркивается необходимость разработки сбалансированной системы правовых норм, которая позволит контролировать применение ИИ, минимизировать риски и обеспечивать защиту прав человека.

The article examines the advantages and risks of using artificial intelligence (AI) in the legal sphere. It emphasizes the need to develop a balanced system of legal norms that will enable the regulation of AI applications, minimize risks, and ensure the protection of human rights.
