Исследуются проблемы отрасли аквакультуры в Российской Федерации. Цель исследования — определить степень влияния различных мер регионального протекционизма на прирост объема производства аквакультуры в субъектах Российской Федерации. Материалы и методы: данные открытой отчетности из официальных источников обработаны методами множественной регрессии на платформе STATA/SE 16.0. Выполнен регрессионный анализ влияния мер регионального протекционизма на прирост объема производства. Учтены временные лаги, логарифмические преобразования переменных, использованы модели панельных данных. Результаты: определена значимость эконометрических показателей на разных уровнях регрессионного анализа: по совокупности всех регионов, по группе регионов с устойчивым приростом аквакультуры и по регионам с наибольшим объемом производства в стране. Обоснована необходимость приоритетного применения мер поддержки новых предприятий. Региональным органам власти рекомендовано сосредоточить усилия на снижении степени износа основных производственных фондов в отношении действующих предприятий отрасли аквакультуры.
In this work, the problems of the aquaculture industry in the Russian Federation are studied. The objective of the study is to determine the degree of various measures of regional protectionism on the gain in aquaculture production in the constituent units of the Russian Federation. Materials and methods: publicly available accountance data from official sources were processed by multiple regression methods on the platform STATA/SE 16.0. A regression analysis of the impact of regional protectionism measures on the growth of production volume was performed. Time lags, logarithmic transformations of variables were considered, panel data models were used. Results: the importance of econometric indicators at different levels of regression analysis has been determined: according to the totality of all regions, by the group of regions with a steady increase in aquaculture and by the regions with the largest volume of production in the country. The necessity of priority application of measures to support new enterprises has been proved. A recommendation is given to regional authorities to focus efforts on reducing the degree of depreciation of fixed assets in relation to existing enterprises in the aquaculture industry.
