Описаны характерные черты российского дискурса о лидерстве конца XX — начала XXI вв., сделаны предположения о природе лидерства, проведен анализ этого феномена на примере трилогии Дж. Р. Р. Толкина «Властелин колец». Предложена и использована методология анализа, основанная на предположении: лидерство обладает своим собственным бытием, и его можно определить как смысло-волевой импульс, который направлен на то, чтобы проявиться в сущем в виде реализации определенной цели, а люди становятся «инструментами» этого проявления в определенных обстоятельствах. Проанализированы проявления феномена лидерства в поведении героев и его диалектическая взаимосвязь с понятием ответственности за результат. Сформулированы выводы относительно влияния сделанного предположения на методику анализа лидерства в различных ситуациях и его результаты.
In this work, the author describes the characteristic features of the Russian discourse on leadership of the late 20th — early 21st centuries, makes assumptions about the nature of leadership, and analyses this phenomenon on the example of the trilogy “The Lord of the Rings” by J. R. R. Tolkien. The author proposes and uses a methodology of analysis based on the assumption that leadership has its own existence and it can be defined as a sense-volitional impulse, which is aimed at manifesting itself in being in the form of the realization of a certain goal, and humans become “instruments” of this manifestation in certain circumstances. The manifestations of the phenomenon of leadership in the behavior of heroes and its dialectical interrelation with the concept of responsibility for the result have been analyzed. The conclusions concerning the influence of author’s assumption on the methodology of the analysis of leadership in different situations and its results are formulated.
