С точки зрения марксистской этики, углубление реформ в теории и на практике имеет большое значение для глубокого понимания «Решения Центрального комитета Коммунистической партии Китая о дальнейшем углублении реформ и продвижении китайской модернизации» (далее — «Решение»). Оно имеет важное теоретическое и практическое значение и повышает ценностное восприятие процесса реформ. Составители «Решения» уважают и используют закон общественных противоречий, полностью проводя в жизнь экономический детерминизм во всех аспектах теории и практики дальнейшего углубления реформ (руководящие идеи, цели, конкретные меры). Экономический детерминизм также определяет общий методологический подход к сути реформ. Придерживаясь подхода, основанного на решении проблем, и принципа приоритета народа, составители «Решения» раскрывают коллективное «первоначальное намерение» партии — и таким образом «Решение» иллюстрирует сущность этики социализма. Моральные ценности реформ проявляются через демонстрацию превосходства социалистической системы с китайской спецификой, стремление к социальной справедливости и меры, направленные на ее реализацию. Придерживаясь экономического детерминизма, этических принципов социализма и моральных ценностей социалистической этики, составители «Решения» предоставляют теоретическую основу для понимания духа дальнейших реформ.
From the perspective of Marxist ethics, the deepening of reforms in theory and practice is of great significance for understanding the “Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Deepening Reforms and Promoting Chinese Modernization” (hereinafter “Resolution”). It is important from both theoretical and practical points of view and enhances the value perception of the reform process. The “Resolution” issuers respect and leverage the law of social contradictions, fully implementing economic determinism in all aspects of the theory and practice of reforms further deepening (guiding ideas, goals, specific measures). Economic determinism also determines the overall methodological approach to the essence of reforms. Adhering to a problem-solving approach and the principle of prioritizing the people, the “Resolution” issuers unveil the collective “original intention” of the Party and thus the “Resolution” illustrates the essence of socialist ethics. The moral values of the reforms are manifested through the demonstration of the superiority of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics, the pursuit of social justice, and measures aimed at its realization. By adhering to economic determinism, the ethical principles of socialism, and the moral values of socialist ethics, the “Resolution” issuers provide a theoretical foundation for understanding the spirit of further reforms.
