Представлены и рассмотрены основные факторы, которые сильнее прочих влияют на эффективное развитие рынка труда как регионов, так и страны в целом, ввиду того, что трудовые ресурсы выходят на первый план по значимости в национальной экономике страны. Отмечено, что во всех сферах деятельности растет потребность в качественных трудовых ресурсах, хотя повсеместно внедряются продукты цифровых технологий. Установлено, что чем шире трансформация затрагивает экономику страны, тем с бóльшим количеством проблем теперь можно столкнуться на рынке труда: так, возникают новые требования, актуальные для всех субъектов, задействованных на данном рынке, усиливаются миграционные потоки, связанные как с трудовым, так и с учебным процессом.
The author presents and discusses the main factors that have the strongest impact on the effective development of the labor market of Russian regions and the country as a whole, due to the fact that labor resources come to the forefront in terms of importance in the national economy of the country. The author remarks a growing need for quality labor resources in all spheres of activity, although digital technology products are being introduced everywhere. However, it has been demonstrated that the wider the transformation affects the country’s economy, the more problems can now be encountered in the labor market: for example, there are new requirements relevant for all actors involved in this market, and increasing migration flows related to both labor and educational processes.
